Eric is a serial entrepreneur and operator with more than three decades of building, scaling, and exiting technology companies. He co-founded internet-security pioneer Technologic, later acquired by eSoft, and went on to serve as Chief Executive Officer of customer-experience platform ENGAGEcx, partnering with Cisco and HP/Aruba to reach global brands.
He has since held President, COO, and senior sales leadership roles across enterprise software companies including Coginiti, Lucid Scientific, and StarPound Technologies. Today he is Managing Partner at Venadar, an Atlanta corporate growth and M&A firm whose team has driven measurable results for more than forty Fortune 500 companies, and he holds an MBA from the University of Georgia.

Loren is a serial entrepreneur and growth leader who has co-founded, scaled, and exited multiple technology companies across software, analytics, and digital transformation. Most recently he co-founded Digilence, an AI-infused SaaS platform for accounting firms acquired by Aiwyn, the profession's leading AI-powered engagement and payments platform.
He build Premier Logic into a full-service digital firm recognized on the INC 500 and INC 5000 before its sale to global engineering leader ALTEN. He now leads Vision Growth Labs, embedding with executive teams to turn strategy, technology, and go-to-market execution into measurable revenue, and holds an MBA from Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business.
